Go Find Your Shephard

Sheep I woke up late today. Sick kids last night and the snooze button is way too close to the off button. But I figured I would do a short post about the current election going on in this here United States.

If you have to be part of a political party, you’re a sheep. Sorry. My opinion. Stand on your own two feet and have the balls to not be a "yes" man. Or be a sheep. I don’t really care. Sheep are easy to herd.

And married men don’t want a President who reminds them of their wife on the rag whenever things don’t go her way.

That is all.

P.S: Speaking of yes men, this post was approved by my own dear, loving, adorable wife.

You are right. I never understood the need to consider myself part of one party or the other. Both have politicians I respect and hate, no reason for me to choose which one I am.

For a while there, I thought I could hear a pin drop. That was the point I was trying to make. I don’t even see moderate as an option. The only option I see is “all over the map” or you haven’t really lived yet.
As far as the last sentence goes, I am singling out a specific person and not a sex. I think that a person that can act like this before primaries could act the same to some leader of a third world country with an ego problem who happens to have a finger on a red button. There’s mud slinging and then there is just being catty.

I didn’t until I had kids. While other parents work hard to save for their kid’s college, I work just as hard to have enough in savings to move to Canada if there is any possibility of a war right around their teen years.

Just about every political system is elitist. We don’t get to vote for who we want. We get to vote for who is left. Having a football game mentality about political races doesn’t help. It blinds people.

A majority who votes blind is just as tyrannical as a despot.

I agree with the post and the comments. It is pretty sad the way we chose a president. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. The world is full of sheeple and that will never change, even if they know it, they will still look for something to follow. I think everything would be a lot better if we could critically think and not be scared by a TV commercial then we could pick a real president, not one that uses terrorism to get the point across.

Cheers.

I was going to write a post about this and I still might. People are so afraid that ‘1984′ will happens to us. I don’t think so. And ‘Brave New World’ won’t happen here either. They don’t need to add chemicals to embryos in order to dumb down specific parts of the population. I think we will get something more like ‘Idiocracy’.
