This list is clean as of the above date. All sites were checked for the existence of an actual xml-rpc interface manually.

In Wordpress, navigate to Options->Writing. Paste this list in the "Updates Services" Box at the bottom of the page and then hit Update Options. Alternately, you can past just http://pingoat.com/goat/RPC2 into the box. At the time of this update, this single service pings the most other services with just one url.

   Is it a negative or spammy to ping through the individual sites and an aggregator like pinggoat? It seems that I would be double pinging a number of services.
