Celebrity grizzly Rocky mauls trainer Stephan Miller to death - Times Online

I realized I was getting above normal hits to my site today. It crashed this site about 9 am. Then I found out why. The link to the story is above.

This Stephan Miller actually commented a couple of times on my blog. Really strange.

I remember seeing his name in the credits of movies.

It would be different if my name were John Smith.

But I had to put something here.

R.I.P.

I was sad to learn of Stephan’s passing. I hope they put the bear in a Sanctuary. Stephan loved Grizzly bears and was a very passionate person. In addition to being a stunt man and the technical contact for Predators in Action website he also created Gunslinger Media. In his comments from that site you can see his passion for animals:
“Miller says, “I loved the animals more than anything, how many people can say they raised a Grizzly Bear?, or worked on a Tiger show in Bangkok for three months, all while building an internet empire.”
Stephan will be missed and I hope they look out for his bear.

This scared the shit out of me!! My Akismet caught a scrape from a post that said Stephen Miller (RIP) and I thought, omg no! I am so glad to know it isn’t you. (smile) I am sorry for the other guy though. It looks as though he had a lot of friends and fans.

It freaked me out too, because I actually had him comment here just a few months ago. He had owned this domain at one time, but it expired. I just happen to pick it up while it was.

I was checking to see if you posted today, although it is never a good story when someone gets bit in the head by a Grizzly. I wonder if the Grizzly had a blog? I see cats and dogs with their own.

I am guessing this means I won’t get a reply from the email I sent asking about buying all of your accounts and websites.

Well if someone is gonna get them I am glad it is you.

On a serious note, your site is getting hammered. I really want to know the % of extra visits you are getting today.

That’s tragic. It’s just the animal’s nature. Training them is the unnatural thing.

So funny about the domain name thing. I don’t know if his acting was second rate, but perhaps his training was? R.I.P.

Thankfully blogging is not that dangerous, and you should be fine, this Stephan Miller.

I am waiting for this to slow down a little before another post. I had 2120 unique visitors yesterday. I figured at least this post would send people in the right direction. Plus, it’s not slowing down from what I can tell.

2120 unique visitors yesterday and you didn’t post about your favorite ($1000 commission) affiliate product?!!??! Shame on you…

Seriously tho, that is indeed a wee creepy, I agree. Especially with him recently commenting and all.

Strange thing, I’ve had my biggest bump in subscribers this month and as far as how much more traffic this is than normal, about 900% of the average over a month.

I hope they don’t kill the bear over this. Yes it was a tragedy but the bear should not be murdered for following his instincts.
Off course I feel for his family also.

How sad and tragic poor guy, i’m sure they won’t kill the bear after all it is its natural instinct that led to his death!

How could natural instinct cause death to a bear??

If they killed it because of the death. It is a wild animal. It is being kept against it’s own natural instinct.
