Interesting little tool here. I haven’t investigated enough to see how they get their figures, but I am hoping they are just guesstimating. Watching the the value of my house drop $30,000 is not a fun thing. They just closed a hospital that was three blocks away. That may have caused it. Living in the white trash capital of the world may have also been an issue.
Who knows? I hate real estate. I just want to buy a house, live in it, and when I sell it, not lose any money.
